This interactive workshop will help transform mindsets and provide practical tips to identify and transcend toxic work environments. Women of color often experience anxiety, alienation, isolation, sexism, racism, and general workplace toxicity. Yet, without access to the infrastructure to support healing, many cope by stuffing down their feelings, which in turns leads to resentments, dissatisfaction and burnout.
This workshop will provide a safe space for participants to share their stories and feelings, identify toxic work behaviors and deepen their understandings of their coping mechanisms. They will also learn practical emotional wellness skills.
